Duck Gumbo Cook-Off

The Duck Gumbo Cook-Off will begin 7:00 am for contestants. The Entry fee is $150 per four person team. Teams are encouraged to decorate their booths. Gumbo must be made on site from scratch. Contestants must bring everything they need. This includes a portable propane stove. Each team will receive two Delta Wings Aprons. Each team will be allowed to bring in their own cooler with ANY beverage. Gumbo will be turned in at 2:00PM. 1st prize $1000, 2nd prize $500 , 3rd prize $250, Best Decorated Booth $250.
